Multi-functional warehouse: | The warehouse occupies an area of 50，000 M2, and the storage area takes up about 13,000M2, including bonded area (10400 M2) and customs-supervised area (2600 M2). Specially, we design a 1000 M2 in the bonded area to be a temperature control area, in which temperature can be adjusted between 15 and 24 centigrade. We install 9-metre-height adjustable pallet racks and 6-layers shells to meet cargo of different size or packaging. The bonded area has the function of temperature control, dust-proof, static-proof, with advanced convey and storage equipment. The warehouse has installed fire fighting system, entry alert system, CCTV system, building automotive system and ventilation system to ensure the safety of cargo. Further more, a 3-metre-height wall has been built along the warehouse to physically divide the warehouse and the outside world. We introduce the advance hardware supervising system and IT supervising system to assort with the local customs, so that we can ensure the strictness of warehouse supervision drastically.
