Nansha IT Park (NTIP) locates at Nanheng, Nansha Economic and Technology Develop Zone, having graceful condition around with Dajiao Mountain at the back and the estuary of Pearl River Delta in the front. The park is built with the style of Suzhou Garden, which has pavilion, manmade channel and bridges, combining traditional and modern elements. NITP offers companies and personnel an ideal platform to meet their IT needs.

NITP project is developed by Fok Ying Tung Foundation, HongKong University of Science & Technology and Guangzhou Government. Together with Tianhe Software Park and Guangdong Software Technology Center, NITP builds up Guangzhou Software Park, a national software park. It’s supported by the government in Nansha and Guangzhou. NITP is an integral part of Guangzhou Software Park and a component of the Government’s master plan to develop a high-tech corridor in the Pearl River Delta. The total park development is 250 hectares divided in three phases. The construction space is 190 thousand square meters with the major parts of conference center and training center, technology develop district and living district. The first phase was built in 13 hectares with 60 thousand square meters of building which was invested RMB 300 million. The main building includes hatch center, training center, service department, conference, exhibition center and modernized public area.
